Breastfeeding is natural- but it doesn’t always come naturally
My online breastfeeding course can help you to prepare for breastfeeding from the comfort of your home.
Research shows that spending 3 hours with a lactation consultant holding the IBCLC credential means that you are 3 times more likely to still be breastfeeding at 3 months.
My online course provides this time with a virtual IBCLC if you are unable to see an IBCLC in person.
In my online course, I cover all the information shared in a standard group class with the addition of practical supplementary video material and the advantage of working through it at a pace that suits you. As access to the video materials is not time limited, you can use it to prepare for your baby and to consult it as necessary, when your baby arrives.
This 3 hour live class will set you up for breastfeeding success and ensure you know how to troubleshoot challenges that may arise.
Groups are kept small to a maximum of 5 participants (support partner welcome at no extra charge) to allow plenty of time for questions.
You can attend at any stage during pregnancy, although 3rd trimester is preferable.
Classes are conducted via Zoom with individual call ID and password and a comprehensive questionnaire will be sent out in advance to give you the chance to ask questions before the class.
This service also includes my 3 hour pre-recorded online breastfeeding course, worth €30, which you will get lifetime access to after class attendance.
